Here are our tips for avoiding returns:
- If you’re unsure between two sizes, visit our size guide or ask us here which size to choose.
- Avoid ordering two sizes with the intention of returning one for sure.
Exchanges are often due to a sizing issue. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have a question about sizing. Write to us. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
What Are The Conditions For Returning Or Exchanging An Item?
You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it.
You can choose to receive:
- an exchange for another size or style (subject to stock availability);
- a refund.
Make sure the items are new (unworn and unwashed) and neatly folded
You then have an additional 7 days to return the items in like-new condition, neatly folded and in their original packaging.

How Do I Exchange Or Return An Item?

– If you would like an exchange: let us know which style / color / size you would like in exchange.
– If you would like a permanent return for a refund: it would help us if you let us know the reason for your decision (sizing issue, color, etc.).
Then send the item(s) back to the address provided. And keep your proof of postage safe.
Have You Received The Order I Returned?
It usually takes between 2 and 7 business days for your order to be returned to us. As soon as our team receives your order, we’ll process the exchange or refund.
If you haven’t heard from us within 10 to 15 days, contact us so we can locate your order.
How Does The Refund Process Work?
Once we’ve received the item(s), please allow 3 to 5 days to receive your refund.
